We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing food items in accordance with recipes and quality standards while maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare ingredients for menu items following standard procedures
  • Cook and plate menu items accurately and efficiently
  • Assist with the development of new menu items and specials
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
  • Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a culinary role preferred
  • Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations
